This fucking sucks

This morning, I tapped a parked car as I was pulling into park. I was barely moving when this happened. I look at the other car and see nothing, not even a scratch or a scuff mark. ETSU Public Safety called and said that there was considerable damage and that the bumper of the truck would need to be replaced. WTF? I BARELY TOUCHED THE DAMN THING! Not to mention the fact that this was an older truck with an actual metal bumper. It did a little damage to the rubber covering my bumper, but there is no way in the seven Hells that I did enough damage to that truck's bumper to cause it to be replaced.
