Before I forget, the IP to connect to my Unreal Tournament server is 66.191.246.214. Unless RJ distracts me and I forget, the server should be running from 2000-0000 (GMT-500). Currently, I've limited it to 6 players at a time. That shouldn't stress my connection. As the night goes on, I might start upping the max player limit until my connection vomits.
