Work

I only worked 5 hours today, but it just dragged on forever. I only had lot for an hour, too, which is weird. I usually get 2 hours out there. A small group of Brits were there shopping for their trip here to see the NASCAR race over in Bristol this weekend.

Yesterday, Wick (store manager) came up and said he had good news, I was getting a raise 'cause of the new pay scheme Food City has 'cause of the minimum wage increase. He said I was getting a raise to $6.55/hour and that it might be on the upcoming paycheck. I checked it when I got my paycheck today, and it calculates out to $6.5501285347043701799485861182519/hour. That means I really got a raise that's just ever so slightly over $0.15/hour.
