Anyone know of a good video transcoder that's stupidly simple to use? ffmpeg keeps crapping out because of the weird format my camera records in. I'm running Windows Server 2003 instead of good ol' WinXP, so I don't have the Windows Movie Maker to help get through the conversion step.
