LJ just added a new level of membership called Sponsored+. It gives you some of the paid account benefits, but it adds ads to the side of your LJ. Adblock made quick work of those.

Looks like I'll continue being a cheap bastard and not paying for the paid account privileges.

Heh, finally tried WoW

I'm playing on the Medalist private server. Tried a shaman Tauren. Got my ass kicked by a level 4 beast thing...2 or 3 times in a row. I was trying to avoid it...but they were next to the level 1 beasties I was trying to kill.

I don't think I'm gonna get addicted to it.
