This weekend was lost...

Well, as you may or may not know, the NE TN/SW VA/SE KY/NW NC region was hit with bad storms pretty much all weekend...after having endured the same during the middle of the week. Elizabethton was spared from the worst of it, but we still got rain and wind. I didn't sleep well last night. The area was under a tornado watch...and every time the wind blew, I woke up. I've been operating on about 5 hours of sleep today.

On a brighter note...
Saturday, I went to my grandmother's family reunion. The food was good and of the usual country-style fare.
Sunday, I went to my mom's boyfriend's mom's house for a cook-out. Again, the food was good and of the typical hot-dog-and-hamburger-style cook-out fare.
