Dec. 25th, 2005 01:09 amErf, I think my mouse has about had it. I was playing in Linux the other night and it went wild...wild enough to fuck up how my desktop was set up. Earlier, I was playing Total Annihilation, and it decided to head all the way over to the left and stay there until I unplugged it from the PS/2 port and into the USB. Ever since then, it's been randomly jumping all over the screen.
It's served me well for 4 or 5 years...and I really don't wanna get rid of it.
Edit:
I played around inside the mouse...and accomplished nothing other than removing the LED that lit up the back end of the mouse (purely cosmetic...though, it will blind you if you wake up and happen to look directly into the thing).
