You'd think the neighbors in D would keep their music quieter, at least at night. We've asked them to turn down their music before. Hell, my mom had the cops come and ask them to turn down the music. The cop said that he could hear the music before he got to the door.
The parking has also been a bitch, too. The people here are only supposed to have 1 car parked out front, with any others parked elsewhere. There are 5 parking spots for 4 apartments. That should leave an extra, but I think everyone has 2 cars. I'm nice enough to park up where there are unused spaces. Well, I park down here occasionally, but I usually move my car within a couple of hours.
