Wow...

My history professor got awfully pissed this morning. After she did her usual announcements, one of the students asked a question over the quiz we got back Tuesday. I wasn't paying attention to the whole thing, as I had no issues with the question being asked about. But, something was said or done that pissed off the professor...she told the student to leave the classroom and then went to get the department chair. The department chair came in and told the student to come with him or he'd call security. The student grudgingly left, and the department chair told the class that we were dismissed and that if that happens again, there'll be consequences.

I didn't think anything warranting such a response had ocurred, but I guess it did.

Grah, the North American Queen+Paul Rodgers tour is getting more and more disappointing. There haven't been any bootlegs of the shows on QueenZone yet (the European tour had bootlegs hitting there sometimes within 12 hours of the show ending). They just recently dropped '39. The tour has lacked I Want It All (one of the best songs from the European/Japanese tours). They added Dragon Attack...but I don't think Paul Rodgers' more blues-y voice is really cut out for that. They did write a new song for the tour (and might record a studio album), but there's only a 42 second snippet of it available right now.

Take that, Windows! I've now got iPod like scrolling capabilities with the touchpad on my laptop while in Linux.
