(no subject)

We were slaughtered at work tonight. We were kinda understaffed, and it was busy. They'd still be in there right now if I hadn't volunteered to close tonight a few nights ago. The place looked like shit at 12, and it still didn't look as good as usual when we left, but we did get out of there at about 0215. I gave Angie my cell number so if they ever get slaughtered and need help, she can get ahold of me.

Oh yeah, I wore my conbadge tonight. Only 2 people noticed and said anything, Linda (swing manager) and Katie (one of the front counter people, but she had just wandered in for food). I think I'll wear it more often. Probably not when Debbie's there, and I'll have to take it off when Diane (owner) or Karen (district manager or something like that) shows up, but those two don't show up very often (once each in the entire time I've worked there).
