Another person asked about me wearing my conbadge at work. That makes 3. Though, I didn't wear it the whole night, as Diane had been at the Wal-Mart McDs, so we thought she'd come up to the one I work at to check up on us, but she never showed up (or only drove past to make sure no employees were hanging around). I initially had it on when I clocked in, too, but I saw Debbie and quickly pocketed it since she'd probably make me take it off.

Off tomorrow, but I'll probably just end up doing laundry and not much more.

Anyone have any recommendations for a combined car charger/FM transmitter for the iPod? Due to the layout of my car's dashboard, anything that has any bulk near the power end of the device can't be used. My cigarette lighter happens to be right behind my gear shift and steering wheel and right below my A/C/heat controls (granted, I don't use A/C, but I need to occasionally defog or turn the heater on). I'd love to be able to use one of those fancy ones that are also a nice little dock/holder thing for in the car, but I really don't have the space to use those.

I had been looking at some stuff from XtremeMac (this transmitter and this charger for a combo (both items being cheaper when purchased at Wal-Mart at about $45 combined price), but the reviews for the transmitter seem to show alot of issues with the connection being loose, and the reviews for the charger mentioned several problems with it burning up iPods). I'm also looking at the Griffin iTrip Auto FM Transmitter.

My current transmitter is something like 10 years old and was originally meant to adapt CD players to cars without cassette decks. It uses about 1 AA battery an hour, so it's not really useable for trips to the coon's place or other such distant travels.
