Does anyone think that this tab:

I have a hard time getting my fingers on the 7th and 12th frets at the same time, same for 5th and 10th. I imagine Angus Young's hands are smaller than my own, given that I'm at least 10 inches taller than him, so I don't see how he'd be able to pull off such a feat.
