Macbook?

Since I should be heading back to school in the fall, I'm considering taking out an extra bit of student loans to pick up a new laptop since mine is effectively dead right now. Since Macs are now x86 based, I'm considering getting one, the 13 inch 2.1GHz white MacBook. I'll have to dual-boot it with WinXP, but I don't think I'll have any issue with that. Looking at the Apple Store right now, it should be sufficient once I boost the RAM to 2GB, but I'll leave it alone otherwise. I can also use the education discount Apple has, so the total would only be $1089.

Think I should go with that or just get some cheap Dell or something?
