Chuck Berry: Johnny B. Good / Carol
Queen: Bicycle Race / Fat Bottomed Girls
Ramones: Pet Semetary / Sheen Is A Punk Rocker
I think the Chuck Berry one is a reissue, but the others are original. The Queen one is missing the original sleeve, unfortunately.
