Nov. 3rd, 2008 11:16 amTrick-or-treater, 12, shot to death, police say
Brief summary:
A guy had been robbed and shot in the past year, so he buys an AK-47. There comes a knock on his door, so he fires the gun through the door, emptying it, and kills a trick or treater.
Am I the only one who thinks an AK-47 for home defense is overkill?
I'm ready for tomorrow to be over with. For as long as I've been able to vote, I've ended up as a news junkie on election night. I think I was up until like 5am back in 2004 waiting to see who won. This year, I'm hoping results are clear cut enough that it won't be a huge mess like the past couple of elections. Looking at the predictions on cnn.com and electoral-vote.com, it should go well enough if the leaning states don't switch at the last minute.
