Error?

I was browsing the new slew of Star Trek toys at Wal-Mart earlier and came across some Hot Wheels 1:50 scale die cast models of various ships. Seeing the registry number and general design of the ship, I recognized one as the refit Enterprise from the first 3 movies. However, the packaging claims it's the Enterprise A. From what I've been able to tell, this first wave of such models doesn't include the refit of the original, so it looks like I've found some sort of error. I'm hoping to grab another tomorrow so I can leave this one in the package and set the other one up in a battle with the USS Reliant, which I also picked up.
