The little metal bar that runs between the lenses on the top on my sunglasses came loose on one side. Not being able to locate any superglue, I thought, "Hey, I'll just solder it back on." Well, a good half hour (or more) later, all I have to show for that effort is a decent blister on the end of my right index finger from where I accidentally brushed against the iron. I also kinda messed up one of the lenses. Blarg. I think I'll just replace them with another pair. I'd continue using them, but I can see that bar getting caught on something (like clothing) and either doing damage to what it's caught on or breaking the sunglasses into an unwearable state. At least they were a cheap pair.
