ETSU has them up for auction with about 20 hours to go. The price? $15.50 currently. No OS, but I suspect one of the P2P networks would bring up something (or I could go with a Mac Linux distro). They may not necessarily be good for a whole lot, but for that low price, it's not like I'd be wasting too much money.
Well, me bidding hinges on me getting an account before the auction closes (GovDeals.com makes users wait 1-2 days to actually get an account). There are also a few old (PI/PII) systems up for bid for like $5 and a PII server for $11.50. No OS on any of them, but I've got plenty to choose from in my personal collection.
