I think I've figured out my gameplan for the next year or so. Starting in August, I'm going to begin looking in earnest for IT work. I graduate in December, and, if I haven't found any IT work by January, I'll apply to go on to grad school and get my master's. I figure that if I'm stuck here working at Food City, I might as well push on with my schooling and hopefully make myself more desirable in the employment arena.
In other news, Vista has once again proven itself the ass of OSes. It's been having difficulties connecting to campus WiFi. According to those in the know, it's an issue caused by some random update to either Vista or the software they use for authentication. It's a campus-wide issue, and it's getting terrible. Yesterday, I had 3 hours to kill between classes that I was going to use to work on a research paper, but I spent 2 of that fighting the WiFi to get it to connect. I hate using lab computers (too many fucktarded restrictions, like locking the damn screen resolution at something way too low).
