Went to that Goo Goo Dolls concert over at ETSU so
necrojustice could get 2 guests in instead of just one. The supporting band was called "The Big Tease"...and started their set about 15 minutes late. They played for around 45 minutes...and sucked.
The Goo Goo Dolls took the stage around 2030 and were okay. I don't care too much for the band, so I'm probably skewed. They didn't seem to interact with the audience too much. The lead singer looked lost when he was playing guitar while the bassist took over vocals for a couple of songs. Their concert only lasted around 75 minutes. The bassist had alot of energy, at least.
The stage was rather small. The Mini-Dome also wasn't made for concerts. The vocals were overwhelmed by the music most of the time.
Heh, if the vocals weren't overwhelmed by the music, where I was sitting would have made for a killer bootlegging location. Very little audience noise, decently close to the stage.
